Insurance policy
Life Psychiatry is only able to accept Self-Pay patients at this time.
Life Psychiatry is not able to accept insurance coverages while we undergo credentialing approval with various insurance companies including Blue Cross Blue Shield and Medicaid. We understand that paying out-of-pocket is not possible for everyone; and we are very sorry for the inconvenience!
We expect to be added to insurance networks on or around May 1st, 2024 so please call us today to hold an appointment in May.
Rates
New Patient Intake Consultation
During your first visit, you’ll have an initial one-on-one intake consultation where we will take the time to get to know you thoroughly — your history, background, past experiences, and challenges.

Psychiatric Evaluation
In your second visit, Dr. Diaz will conduct an in-depth psychiatric evaluation to effectively get to a diagnosis. With a clinical diagnosis, a customized treatment plan will be created that is tailored to your unique needs.

Medication Management / Follow ups
As you progress through your treatment plan, it’s through follow ups, medication management (if needed), and therapy that we can measure your progress and improvement over time.
