Insurance status as of 8/2/24:
– Psychiatrist Dr. Diaz, M.D. is in-network with BCBS and we are currently working on getting our additional providers credentialed.
– Dr. Diaz has a pending application for Medicaid and cannot accept Medicaid until approved.
– We are not in-network with any other insurance carriers at this time. As our practice grows, we expect to add more networks but we do not have any estimate timelines for when this will happen, or for which carriers. We apologize for the inconvenience.
